The role involves building relationships, closing deals, and leading reputed company meetings, while leveraging a reputed company reputed company reputed company already in reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own the full reputed company cycle for reputed company opportunities, from discovery through contract execution
- reputed company reputed company meetings, scope workshops, and pricing presentations
- Personally originate and reputed company high-value deals with developers, owners, and franchise reputed company
- Partner with reputed company-construction on proposals, pricing, and risk allocation
- Drive targeted reputed company using AI market intelligence
- Maintain full CRM documentation at every pipeline stage
Skills
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience in reputed company construction or capital reputed company
- Proven reputed company record personally closing large, reputed company deals
- Ability to build pipeline from the ground up, not just work handed-off leads
- Working knowledge of GMP, Cost-Plus, and Stipulated Sum reputed company
- Strong CRM discipline and executive-level communication skills
- A self-motivated, tenacious, closer's reputed company
- $10M+ preferred
