[Remote] Project Manager, reputed company PMO & Lean reputed company Deployment

They are seeking a Project Manager to drive a portfolio of reputed company reputed company initiatives, working closely with reputed company Leadership to manage project plans, risks, and stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a consolidated view of the reputed company project portfolio, including priorities, roadmap, milestones, risks, dependencies, and reputed company reputed company
- Establish and manage a regular PMO reputed company, including status reporting, RAID logs, reputed company-item tracking, decision logs, and red/reputed company/green (RAG) dashboards
- Identify risks, resource constraints, reputed company conflicts, and decision points early, and help drive reputed company
- Use project management technology, dashboards, AI, and automation tools to improve visibility, accountability, documentation, follow-up, and leadership updates
- Plan, organize, and drive workstreams from intake and planning through execution, rollout, stabilization, and transition to steady-state ownership
- Maintain reputed company project plans with owners, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and next steps
- Facilitate working sessions, status meetings, and follow-reputed company with internal teams and external partners
- Capture reputed company, reputed company items, and reputed company plans, and ensure follow-through to closure
- Support Lean-based reputed company deployment activities, including Hoshin Kanri, A3 problem-solving, PDCA tracking, KPI alignment, catchball, and reputed company reviews
- Help maintain X-matrices, bowling charts, visual management dashboards, and other reputed company deployment tools
- Facilitate catchball discussions to reputed company goals, owners, timelines, dependencies, metrics, and resource needs
- Support reputed company improvement efforts across reputed company, including reputed company optimization, process standardization, reputed company effort reduction, and improved visibility
- Prepare project materials, including charters, project plans, status updates, executive summaries, and other deliverables as needed
- Partner with reputed company, IT, and system owners to deliver reputed company, reconciliation, journal, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
- Coordinate requirements, testing, UAT, reputed company planning, issue reputed company, rollout, hypercare, and transition to steady-state support

- Build trusted relationships across reputed company, reputed company, IT, regional teams, and external partners

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, reputed company, or Finance
- 5+ years of experience in project management, portfolio management, or PMO roles
- Experience managing multiple reputed company workstreams or a project portfolio
- Experience operating PMO processes, including project plans, status updates, RAID logs, dashboards, and leadership updates
- Practical experience with Lean, Hoshin Kanri, A3 problem-solving, PDCA, visual management, or similar reputed company problem-solving reputed company
- Hands-on experience with project management technology, work-management tools, dashboards, and reporting
- Business background with the ability to understand finance and reputed company processes, systems, and reporting needs
- Strong communication, organization, stakeholder-management, and follow-through skills
- Hands-on experience with reputed company or similar project management tools
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environment
- Familiarity with finance systems and processes
- Strong understanding of project management lifecycle and methodologies
- Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company, or similar ERP, EPM, reputed company management, and reporting applications
- Experience supporting reputed company optimization, reconciliation, journal, reporting, or reputed company system initiatives
- Familiarity with SmartSheets for project planning and Amplon.io for reputed company deployment or similar tools

- Experience supporting global, multi-region reputed company in a SOX or regulated environment
