[Remote] MSP Business Systems Consultant

They are seeking a skilled Business Consultant with a strong background in MSP operations to advise clients on best practices, optimize tools, and manage system integrations.
Responsibilities
- Advise MSP clients on operational best practices across service desk, billing, ticketing, reporting, and sales workflows
- Assess reputed company processes and tool usage to identify gaps or inefficiencies
- reputed company expertise on tools such as reputed company Manage, Sell, QuickBooks, Autotask, reputed company BMS, and HaloPSA
- Support setup, optimization, workflow design, and reporting configuration reputed company MSP tools
- reputed company tool and system integrations during mergers and acquisitions
- Guide clients through data migration, process alignment, and consolidation strategies
- Conduct training sessions for reputed company teams to ensure reputed company tool usage and adoption
- Serve as a trusted advisor for clients undergoing organizational and technical change
Skills
- 5+ years of working reputed company or consulting for MSPs
- Deep understanding of MSP tools, especially reputed company
- Experience in M&A environments with a reputed company on tool/system integrations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and reputed company relationship skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
