[Remote] Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will drive new business by identifying and managing sales opportunities, leveraging a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and guide them through the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective customers through a combination of outbound prospecting, inbound reputed company follow-up, and networking activities
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customers’ operational challenges and reputed company reputed company’s solutions to their business needs
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial reputed company through negotiation and reputed company, ensuring reputed company follow-up and consistent deal progression
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations that reputed company reputed company value, address customer pain points, and differentiate reputed company from competitors
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM to support pipeline visibility, forecasting, and reporting

- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance metrics
Skills
- 2–3+ years of experience as a Software Sales Account Executive, preferably in reputed company or technology sales
- Proven reputed company record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with a large emphasis on outbound generated pipeline
- Strong understanding of B2B sales fundamentals and a consultative selling approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage a reputed company of customer personas
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) and common sales enablement platforms
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and reputed company team player
- Experience in food safety and compliance and/or the restaurant, foodservice, or independent grocery industry is a plus
- Familiarity with the operational challenges of multi-location businesses is a plus
- Candidates located in or near the greater Nashville, TN area are preferred
