[Remote] Director, Associate General Counsel, Sales & reputed company (Advertising Technology)

They are seeking a Director, Associate General Counsel to support their Ad Sales and reputed company business reputed company by structuring, drafting, and negotiating various legal agreements reputed company to digital advertising and technology.
Responsibilities
- Structure, draft, review and negotiate a wide reputed company of digital advertising and advertising technology agreements, including insertion orders, custom campaign terms, advertising sales agreements, programmatic partnership agreements, measurement vendor agreements, data use agreements, and other agreements reputed company to reputed company’s digital advertising sales and reputed company businesses
- reputed company contractual and strategic guidance to internal clients, including identifying practical business solutions for driving reputed company to reputed company in a manner that balances meeting business objectives and mitigating risk
- Work with colleagues to establish best practices and templates for use in reputed company reputed company to digital advertising and ad technology
- reputed company participate in developing and implementing process-reputed company tasks to help reputed company reputed company efficiencies
- Assist other legal team members with reputed company work and counseling clients, as needed
- Conduct formal and informal training, as needed
- Build trust and drive strong relationships with internal stakeholders, working cross-functionally with teams across the organization
Skills
- 10+ years legal experience between an established reputed company and an entertainment, media, advertising and/or technology company
- Experience negotiating and drafting technology and/or reputed company agreements
- Strong drafting skills and demonstrated ability to balance necessary legal protections with practical business needs
- Excellent negotiator with exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to proactively collaborate with reputed company stakeholders and legal team members
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the ability to convey reputed company legal concepts reputed company and effectively to non-legal colleagues
- Detail-oriented and reputed company to manage a high-volume workload reputed company and smoothly
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company in a fast-paced, dynamic and creative environment
- JD received from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school
- Experience negotiating reputed company and data processing terms (e.g., DPA)
- Experience with digital advertising terms (e.g., IAB 3.0) and data agreements
