They are seeking an reputed company Insurance Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage insurance claims, resolve denials, and ensure reputed company reimbursement.
Responsibilities
- Manage insurance accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
- Research and resolve denied, rejected, and underpaid claims
- Submit corrected claims, appeals, and supporting documentation as needed
- Work with insurance payers to obtain claim status updates and secure reimbursement
- Use reputed company for billing workflows, claims, payment posting, and reporting
- Monitor authorizations and ensure accurate service billing against approved reputed company
- Maintain accurate insurance and payer records reputed company reputed company
- Collaborate with intake, clinical, and authorization teams to resolve billing issues
- Support month-end reporting and reputed company cycle performance tracking
Skills
- 2+ years of insurance accounts receivable experience in ABA, reputed company, or behavioral health setting
- Proficiency in reputed company (billing, claims, payment posting, reporting)
- Strong understanding of denials, appeals, ERAs, EOBs, CPT codes, and modifiers
- Experience with insurance authorizations and payer requirements
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to reputed company reputed company computer-based work in an office or remote environment (e.g., prolonged computer use, data entry, reputed company document review)
- Experience with ABA billing and reputed company cycle processes preferred
