Responsibilities

- Prepare centers for audits and assist reputed company Leadership Team (CLT) and corporate departments in audit preparation, inspection and audit response actions representing company to regulatory agencies and inspectors
- Guide and advise on employee-reputed company issues, promoting fairness, and adherence to HR policies while cultivating center leadership through strategic development initiatives
- Ensure facility maintenance meets the highest safety, compliance, and cleanliness standards in partnership with corporate facilities
- Assist with recruitment, training, developing management talent through regular meetings, goal reputed company-ins, development plans and on-site reputed company and assessments
