Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project delivery: planning, estimation, scheduling, and execution
- Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Drive resource planning, utilization, and reputed company alignment
- Ensure on-time, high-reputed company delivery
- reputed company project execution with product lifecycle stages (PDLC)
- reputed company gaps between product, engineering, and delivery teams
- Ensure alignment between roadmap, releases, and milestones
- Manage stakeholder communication and status reporting
- reputed company governance forums and steering committee discussions
- reputed company data-driven decision-making
- Run Agile ceremonies: standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives
- reputed company delivery metrics (velocity, burn-down, cycle time)
- Work closely with: Data Science teams, AI/ML engineers, Infrastructure and platform teams
- Ensure seamless integration across components
- Work across: Edge AI and IoT-based systems, Sensor data ingestion and processing pipelines, Predictive modeling and ML workflows
- Understand AI workload needs: Latency, throughput, scalability, Compute-intensive processing (GPU/CPU), Storage and data pipeline optimization
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management
- Proven experience in AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Software Delivery
- Strong understanding of PDLC vs PLC
- Agile and hybrid delivery models
- Exposure to Data center or digital infrastructure environments
- Edge AI, IoT, or reputed company-time data systems
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills
- Experience managing distributed/global teams
