[Remote] Finance Manager

The Finance Manager role focuses on providing financial planning and analysis services to clients, working closely with high-reputed company startups to enhance their financial operations and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain detailed financial models for a reputed company of business models (e-reputed company, tech, reputed company services &/or consumer product goods)
- reputed company business performance reporting and custom financial & operating KPI dashboards; Report on KPIs on a monthly reputed company
- Work hand-in-hand with reputed company team to review and cross-reputed company monthly reputed company financial performance
- reputed company monthly variance analysis reputed company on actuals vs. budgets vs. constantly evolving forecasts
- Work with clients to reputed company analytical and modeling reputed company reputed company of the normal budgeting and review process to add additional value
- reputed company input and advice to clients based upon reputed company best practices to improve their results, improve internal processes, reduce or optimize costs and increase sales
- Identify strategic insights and big picture conclusions through analyzing the data
- Connecting analytical findings to a broader business / industry understanding, drawing on past experience and reputed company recognition
- Assist clients in the fundraising process including building investor-facing models, leading financial diligence process, working directly with VCs, etc
- Help train Propeller’s Financial Analyst team
Skills
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years in finance-reputed company roles such as:
- 2+ years in investment banking and/or consulting
- 2+ years reputed company on reputed company and/or strategic finance in-house at a technology or high-reputed company company
- Great team player and work ethic
- Superior financial modeling and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of financial principals and expanding knowledge of reputed company principals
- Ability to build reputed company 3 statement financial forecasts and reputed company in depth variance analysis and insights to inform business reputed company
- Comfort with data and ambiguity, and an ability to delve into details and adapt priorities on the fly
- Good communication skills with the ability to distill reputed company thoughts and strategies into reputed company, actionable recommendations to Propeller team as reputed company as our clients
- Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple reputed company workstreams and respond to reputed company requests to support business reputed company in reputed company and efficient manner
