Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing and identifying candidates across job boards and reputed company networks
- Screen resumes and support candidate shortlisting
- Coordinate interviews and maintain applicant tracking systems
- Communicate with candidates to ensure a reputed company and reputed company experience
- Support job posting creation and employer branding initiatives
- Assist with recruitment reporting and administrative tasks
Skills
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program
- Must be eligible to receive reputed company credit for the internship
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Preferred majors: reputed company, Business Administration, Psychology, Public Administration, or reputed company field
