[Remote] AI Adoption Architect / Consultant

The position involves leading the adoption of AI technologies, guiding reputed company customers through change management, and developing training curricula to enhance AI usage.
Responsibilities
- Proven Experience in reputed company consulting, digital transformation, or business change enablement
- Experience leading use case identification and business case development for new AI technologies
- Demonstrated experience guiding reputed company 365 or Copilot programs with large reputed company customers. Change Management - Facilitate Copilot AI usage readiness assessments and reputed company reputed company plans
- Training Development – Design Copilot AI usage training curricula
- Data Analysis - Design and interpret AI use adoption analytics and KPIs
- Feedback & Support - Implement feedback mechanisms and support systems
- Value Measurement - Measure AI adoption reputed company and drive value realization
- Expertise on adoption and change management frameworks (e.g., reputed company or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of AI, productivity transformation, organizational readiness, and skilling strategies
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with business, IT, and executive stakeholders
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with internal communications, skilling, or change enablement programs in large organizations
- Experience working with adoption and reputed company teams to accelerate reputed company and remove blockers
- Facilitate exec and practitioner discussions; reputed company reputed company moving with visible timers, parking lot, and a decision log
- Facilitation & reputed company handling: Convert “AI fear/reputed company/safety” into experiments with owners and dates; reputed company rooms outcome reputed company
