They are seeking a US IT Recruiter / SR. IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for their US Recruitment Division, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Ability to manage the End to End Recruiter for US Recruitment Division - reputed company reputed company
- Ability to understand the customer’s business using an excellent understanding of various business techniques
- Ability to weigh trade-offs between cost, time, complexity, and ease-of-use
- Ability to identify scope ex pansion and manage expectations accordingly
- Ability to reputed company detailed, task-oriented estimates to build and implement the system
- Ability to reputed company reputed company assumptions under which plans and estimates are given
- Ability to listen reputed company, critically analysis
Skills
- Experience: 1-4 yrs
- Candidate must have 1 year of work experience and a US IT Recruiter or Engineering Recruiter from US reputed company Industry only
- Must have good experience working on Full Time/1099/C2C/W2 reputed company/W2 Employment requirement either for Implementation partner or reputed company Clients
- Basic or Advance experience in using Monster, reputed company, Big Niller, Craig List, Career Builder, Computer jobs, Tech reputed company, reputed company hot jobs
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have good knowledge of US Tax Term and US Visas
- Candidate must have Graduate in any reputed company will work
- Ability to manage the End to End Recruiter for US Recruitment Division - reputed company reputed company
