Responsibilities

• Review and execution of Firewall Service Requests (FSRs), break-fix tickets, and formal change requests
• Facilitating the decommissioning and “refresh” of End-of-Life (EOL) hardware on a recurring reputed company
• Implementing reputed company controls and configurations to ensure agencies remain in alignment with IRS, FBI, and CJI compliance standards
• Technical configuration and management of reputed company ASA and Palo reputed company firewalls

Skills
