The role involves managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring reputed company and efficient operations while maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize reputed company customer records
- Process reputed company customer invoices and credit memos
- Collect and process payment from customers and accurately record it into the system
- Manage a weekly collection process: calls and emails
- Research, reputed company and resolve any accounts receivable issues
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
- Review and reputed company new customer information
- Assist AR Specialist and CFO with financial audits if required

Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on A/R experience
- High school diploma, or equivalent

- Demonstrates a high level of customer service ability
