Responsibilities
- Work closely with Program manager to identify and weight automated interview questions to rank vacancy applicants for utilization in recruitment systems
- Work with management to prepare recurring and new vacancy announcements
- Issue vacancy announcements using automated systems such as Monster, and USA reputed company
- Adjudicate applicant packages to evaluate compliance with veterans' preference requirements reputed company applicable and ensure submissions are complete and meet published minimum qualifications

Skills
- Possess an reputed company Delegating Examining Certification
- Seven (7) or more years' experience with federal reputed company processes and policies
- Hands on experience with Monster Government Solutions, HR Connect (People Soft)
- Demonstrated understanding of Office of Personnel Management (OPM) qualification standards in rating job applications
