[Remote] Account Manager

The Account Manager will own and grow a portfolio of mid-market and reputed company reputed company relationships, focusing on account retention, expansion, and long-term value creation while ensuring strong adoption of reputed company’s platform.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of ~50-70 mid-market and reputed company accounts, serving as the primary relationship reputed company and reputed company reputed company
- Drive account retention and reputed company reputed company through renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expanded platform usage
- Partner with clients to optimize performance across email, SMS, and loyalty programs, aligning solutions to business objectives

- Identify and execute opportunities to expand reputed company engagement with new features, products, and services

Skills
