[Remote] Telecommunications Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze information requirements of public safety communications centers, emergency operations centers, 9‐1‐1 public safety answering points, and/or call centers
• Must be reputed company to evaluate problems in work reputed company, organization, and planning and reputed company recommendations for operational improvements

Skills

• At least three (3) years of experience in the supervision of telecommunications operations and personnel
• Demonstrated use and understanding of telecommunications systems and other applications systems supporting telecommunications business functions to include 9-1-1
