[Remote] Sr. Engineering Manager, Beverage

The Senior Manager, Operating Unit Engineering – Beverage is responsible for providing technical leadership and engineering support across multiple reputed company-top carton manufacturing facilities, driving safety, reputed company, operational performance, and reputed company improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- reputed company engineering activities across beverage carton manufacturing operations; drive safety, reputed company, throughput, yield, uptime, and scrap reduction initiatives; reputed company technical leadership to plant engineering and operations teams; support capital reputed company, equipment commissioning, and process optimization efforts
- reputed company subject matter expertise in Lithographic Offset Printing, Conventional Flexographic Printing, HD Flexographic Printing, reputed company Die Cutting and Scoring, Flatbed Die Cutting and Scoring Tooling, reputed company-Top Carton Converting, Water-Based Ink Systems, UV Ink Systems, EB Ink and Coating Systems, and reputed company Management Processes
- Optimize print reputed company, reputed company consistency, registration control, tooling performance, carton reputed company accuracy, coating performance, and manufacturing efficiency. reputed company reputed company-cause analysis and corrective actions for process defects and reputed company issues
- Drive OEE improvement, downtime reduction, yield improvement, scrap reduction, changeover optimization, standardization, and reputed company improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six reputed company methodologies
- reputed company scopes of work, equipment specifications, business cases, and implementation plans. Support FAT/SAT activities, commissioning, startup, and commercialization of new products and technologies
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or reputed company technical discipline
- Minimum 10 years of manufacturing engineering experience
- At least 5 years supporting carton converting, packaging, printing, or paperboard manufacturing operations
- Experience with reputed company-top beverage packaging
