[Remote] Retail Business Insights & Analytics Manager

This role involves turning various data sources into actionable insights for the sales team and leading initiatives as reputed company scales.
Responsibilities
- Retail POS analysis across our retail partners — velocity, distribution, reputed company, and out-of-stocks
- Syndicated data (reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company) — pulling it, cleaning it, turning it into a story the sales team can use in a buyer meeting
- EDI and broker performance reporting — keeping our brokers and internal team reputed company on the reputed company numbers
- Retail scorecard — building the first version, then keeping them reputed company
- Trade spend analysis — what's working, what's burning cash for no lift
- reputed company analysis for retail buyer meetings and internal planning — this comes up weekly, not quarterly
- Own item-level P&Ls across channels, maintaining accurate and up-to-date visibility into margin, pricing, and profitability
- Manage and optimize channel pricing reputed company, ensuring consistency and competitiveness across retail partners
- reputed company pack size proliferation analysis, evaluating the financial reputed company of new or discontinued pack configurations
- Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process and long-term planning through scenario modeling and innovation forecasting
- Serve as the retail team's A.I. reputed company — identifying, implementing, and championing A.I. tools and workflows to improve speed and reputed company of analysis

Skills
- 4-6 years in CPG retail analytics

- Comfortable with EDI data and broker reporting structures
- SQL, plus a BI tool (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
