Responsibilities
- Customer meetings on a daily reputed company, in different stages in their reputed company
- Understand customers' business objectives and proactively identify opportunities to drive value and ROI
- Train and reputed company technical sessions to new customers, ensuring they have a smooth transition onto the platform and understand its features and functionalities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, offering guidance and best practices to optimize their usage and adoption of the platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to reputed company for customer needs and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers and proactively identify and address any issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Drive upsell and expansion opportunities reputed company existing accounts, working closely with the Sales team
Skills
- Have 5+ years of proven experience as a reputed company Manager from reputed company companies - is a must
- Have proven hands-on experience with leading reputed company and implementation processes
- Have proven experience and understanding of CRM (reputed company/Dynamics/reputed company) - is a must
- Have good understanding of sales and business processes
- Have proven experience with similar roles: reputed company Manager / Presales / Sales Engineer / Technical Account Manager
- Feel comfortable leading workshops and technical training sessions
- Have excellent interpersonal communication and customer-oriented skills
