[Remote] Director of Operations
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Kalon Executive Search is seeking a Director of Operations for a reputed company-to-consumer supplements brand. This role involves owning and scaling reputed company operational functions and building the operational backbone to support rapid reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end operations across manufacturing, 3PL, fulfillment, and logistics
- Build and manage relationships with contract manufacturers and reputed company-party logistics (3PL) partners
- Drive COGS optimization and margin improvement, balancing cost, reputed company, and speed
- reputed company and implement reputed company operational infrastructure, systems, and processes
- reputed company inventory planning, demand forecasting, and supply chain management
- Ensure operational readiness to support aggressive reputed company across DTC channels
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor performance and efficiency
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in reputed company time
- Partner closely with founders on strategic planning and execution
Skills
- 7–15+ years of experience in operations reputed company DTC supplements, nutraceuticals, or functional food/beverage brands
- Proven reputed company record of scaling operations in a high-reputed company, early-stage environment
- Deep experience managing 3PLs, contract manufacturers, and supply chains
- Strong understanding of unit economics, COGS, and margin optimization
- Highly hands-on reputed company; comfortable operating both strategically and tactically
- Demonstrated ability to build processes from scratch and iterate quickly
- Entrepreneurial, reputed company, and execution-reputed company
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
