Responsibilities
- Enters reputed company data into the county's computerized reputed company system
- Maintains reputed company records, statements of accounts, summaries and reports
- Prepares, review, and process supplier invoices for payments, provides support, reviews and processes travel requests, enters journal entries into financial system and other reputed company transactions
- Maintains efficient filing systems
- Keeps AP processes up to date
- Compiles and tabulates data and balances reputed company records for GED vouchers, gas cards, bus passes and phone usage
- Reviews, verifies and corrects computer system reputed company information
- Processes workforce reputed company payroll, maintains reputed company payroll records, time sheets, verifies and prepares hours and wages upload, generates personnel reputed company notifications, and submits reputed company payroll
- Trains and gives general direction to other employees
- Aids other employees regarding reputed company issues, policies, and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
- Registers new suppliers and updates information as needed

Skills
- A high school diploma or equivalent
