This role involves reviewing treatment plans, providing feedback to clinical staff, and ensuring compliance with medical necessity reputed company and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Stay reputed company of payer changes. Review and interpret updates to various payer manuals and translate them into reputed company guidance for our clinical team
- Review and approve reputed company treatment plans. Serve as the final clinical approver of treatment plans and reassessment (around 100 per month) before they are submitted to payors for prior authorization

Skills
- Master's Degree in reputed company Behavior Analysis (or equivalent)
- Experience working in prior authorization review with reputed company payors
- BCBA certification and licensed in reputed company
- Intermediate to advanced reputed company Office skills, including reputed company, PowerPoint, and Word

- Proficiency with reputed company and the ability to use various workflow management software
- Comfortability with the use of AI tools to support documentation review and efficiency
