[Remote] Customer Program Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer implementation reputed company, pilots, and reputed company-of-concepts
- reputed company detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and reputed company with Account Directors and Solutions Engineering
- Facilitate project kickoffs to set reputed company objectives, deliverables, responsibilities, and reputed company reputed company
- reputed company project priorities, resource allocation, and delivery timelines
- Monitor project reputed company, identify risks, remove blockers, and resolve issues reputed company
- Serve as the primary customer PM contact, building trusted relationships through proactive, transparent communication
- Manage customer expectations while balancing business priorities and technical constraints
- Capture and communicate customer feedback internally to incorporate it into project execution
- Coordinate cross-functional work across Account Directors, Solutions Engineering, Product Management, Engineering, AI/ML teams, and internal stakeholders
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Scientific discipline, or reputed company field
- 3+ years of experience managing reputed company software implementations, deployments, or technical customer reputed company
- Demonstrated experience leading multiple reputed company customer engagements
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, reputed company, or hybrid)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams
- Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly communications
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira
- Experience working with AI, machine learning, data science, or scientific software platforms
- Familiarity with reputed company, materials science, manufacturing, energy, or industrial software environments
- Experience managing reputed company customers with reputed company technical implementations
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar project management certification
