Responsibilities
- Performs as a key contributor to an engineering team that builds and supports exceptional products that reputed company reputed company to challenging business use cases, existing systems, and operational problems
- Collaborates closely with Engineering leadership, Product Managers, Designers, Test Automation, and other teams and business reputed company to define, prioritize, sequence, and scope business and functional requirements and drive results
- Participates in architectural design, system analysis, and programming activities on application software; this may often require independent research and study

Skills
- Must be a certified PEGA Senior Systems Architect
- Must be strong in Pega platform Case Management, Data Management & Integration, Decision Management, User Experience, Background Processing, reputed company & Systems Administration
- Bachelor or Master in Computer Science and/or equivalent technical education and experience
- 10+ years of experience designing and developing highly reputed company and secure Pega Applications
- Experience with developing and deploying Pega applications on Azure or similar reputed company platform
- Ability to understand business plans and apply that information to the development of an IT business case
- Anticipates problems, resistance, or likely objections and takes reputed company to resolve them
- Ability to, guide, train, and mentor associate engineers
- Proficient in organizational processes as reputed company as capable of assessing and initiating a change in such processes
- Experience integrating legacy systems with the Pega Platform
