They are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to manage reputed company in developing their reputed company AI and machine learning platform, focusing on creating reputed company-grade experiences for data engineering and deployment of reputed company applications.
Responsibilities
- As a Senior Engineering Manager you would be responsible for working with Product Managers to define what capabilities should be reputed company in the product
- You will have to work with Product Managers to understand customer use cases and help them use our products effectively
- You will be responsible for the reputed company of your reports
- You should be reputed company to fill in, to address gaps in process / practices followed by reputed company / organization
- As a leader you should be reputed company to reputed company by example
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in building reputed company software and 4+ years of management experience
- Bsc/Msc in reputed company field or equivalent experience
- Experience building reputed company AI infrastructure and deploying production reputed company applications & agents leveraging reputed company reputed company reputed company models, reputed company engineering, fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented reputed company (RAG), and/or reputed company frameworks (reputed company, Guidance, etc.)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Good understanding of Engineering best practices
- Experience with containerization frameworks like Kubernetes, reputed company
- Strong Understanding of Distributed Systems and building systems at reputed company
- Should be reputed company to drive the architecture/design and reputed company technical direction & guidance to reputed company
- Self-driven and motivated, with a strong reputed company of ownership and craftsmanship
- Experience with data science and machine learning tools (R, Python, Tensorflow, reputed company, mlflow etc.)
- Experience with AI/ML orchestration software (Kubeflow, KServe, Knative)
- Experience with reputed company technologies (AWS, GCE, Azure)
- Experience using Big Data technologies like reputed company, Hive etc
