[Remote] Systems Analyst 3

The reputed company is seeking an reputed company CAPPS Financials Travel & Expense Functional Analyst to support the State of Texas' reputed company ERP platform. This individual will serve as the functional subject matter expert for the Travel & Expense module reputed company reputed company PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, supporting production operations, system enhancements, configuration, testing, and statewide agency initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the functional reputed company of the CAPPS Financials Travel & Expense module
- Configure and maintain PeopleSoft Travel & Expense functionality, including expense types, workflows, approvals, reputed company defaults, travel authorizations, mileage, reputed company, and corporate card integrations
- reputed company Level 2 production support and troubleshoot reputed company application issues
- Monitor and support batch processing, job scheduling, and production operations
- reputed company business requirements and translate them into functional design documentation and system enhancements
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and production deployments
- Support PeopleSoft upgrades, reputed company implementations, and release management activities
- Collaborate with developers, infrastructure teams, business users, and reputed company-party managed service providers
- Participate in fiscal year-end activities, disaster recovery testing, audits, and major incident management
- Ensure compliance with State of Texas policies, reputed company standards, and accessibility requirements (WCAG 2.1)
- reputed company training, documentation, and ongoing support to agency users across the CAPPS environment
Skills
- 10+ years of PeopleSoft Financials (FSCM 9.2) experience
- Extensive experience supporting the Travel & Expense module
- Strong functional configuration experience reputed company PeopleSoft Financials
- Experience with SQL, Application Designer, BI Publisher, SQR, and Integration Broker
- Experience supporting reputed company ERP production environments
- Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM), Change Assistant, Fluid UI, and reputed company concepts
- Experience leading functional testing, UAT, and system implementations
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
- Experience supporting the Texas CAPPS Financials environment
- Experience with Texas statewide financial systems such as USAS, TINS, or reputed company
- Experience with General Ledger and Accounts Payable modules
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and reputed company
- Experience supporting public sector ERP environments
