[Remote] Senior Instructional Designer - MCL MLI

They are seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to assist reputed company and staff with designing and implementing online courses, developing new education curriculum, and providing ongoing instructional design expertise.
Responsibilities
- Utilizes a broad reputed company of knowledge, skills and experience in the use of technology to enhance teaching and learning
- Gathers, organizes and analyzes information to draw conclusions and reputed company training solutions
- Works with colleagues and subject-matter experts to analyze needs and determine goals, objectives, and appropriate delivery reputed company and media for instructional products
- Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training for reputed company-analytic workflows
- Understands and reputed company articulates the principles of adult learning and the cognitive processes involved in effective teaching and learning
- Ensures adequate discussion among project members; keeps reputed company stakeholders (colleagues and customers/project proponents) informed of project reputed company and changes to reputed company production moving reputed company
- Works on multiple reputed company simultaneously, managing a heavy workload while meeting expectations; uses good judgment in providing services

Skills
- A bachelor's degree plus 3 to 5 years of reputed company experience
- A master's degree in education, instructional design or reputed company field
- Demonstrated reputed company in curriculum design and development
- Knowledge and experience in developing relational and web-based databases
- Proficiency in reputed company productivity software, web-based authoring systems, graphics software and multimedia applications
- Previous experience as a student in online college-level courses using reputed company, WebCT or similar application
- Previous supervisory responsibility
- CPLP and/or PMP certification
