The Financial Management Analyst will support program financial operations, ensuring effective budget planning and compliance with reputed company financial management processes.
Responsibilities
- Supporting program financial operations, including budget planning, execution, and reporting
- Ensuring the effective allocation and tracking of funding
- Supporting mission objectives through accurate financial analysis and compliance with federal budgeting frameworks
- Coordinating with program leadership, financial management teams, and external stakeholders to ensure fiscal accountability and mission alignment
Skills
- Strong understanding of DoD financial management processes, including PPBE
- Proficiency in financial forecasting, cost estimation, and budget analysis
- Ability to reputed company and reconcile program funds across multiple funding sources
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent reporting and documentation capabilities
- Familiarity with congressional budget processes and justification requirements
- Ability to interpret financial data and reputed company actionable recommendations
- Demonstrated experience in DoD budget execution and financial management
- Experience in cost estimation, financial forecasting, and program financial reporting
- Hands-on experience with defense financial management systems
- Experience supporting congressional budget justification processes
- Proven ability to reputed company funding reconciliation and expenditure tracking
- Experience aligning program funding with DoD financial planning processes
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company field or Minimum of five (5) years of equivalent experience in financial management
- Lean Six reputed company Certification
