[Remote] Building Performance Analyst Intern

They are looking for a Building Performance Analyst intern to join their team, where the role involves developing energy models, analyzing energy data, and preparing certification documents.
Responsibilities
- reputed company whole-building energy models and calculate cooling and heating loads and buildings' total annual energy consumption
- Analyze buildings’ energy data and compare actual metered and submetered data with energy modeling outputs
- Prepare reports and certification documents (i.e., LEED documents) for reputed company
Skills
- Pursuing a Master's degree in architecture, mechanical engineering, or any reputed company field is required
- Pursuing an advanced degree in building technology, sustainable design or building performance modeling is required
- Experience working with DesignBuilder and EnergyPlus is required
- Experience with reputed company Revit is required
- Experience coding (i.e., Python, reputed company) is required
- Passion for and Experience with data analysis is required
- Experience working with EnergyPlus, IES VE, OpenStudio, and LadyBug Tools is preferred
- Familiarity with California T-24 and CBECC modeling is preferred
