[Remote] Underwriter I - Operations - Indirect Auto

The Underwriter I role involves evaluating consumer loan applications, managing communications with the dealer network, and ensuring compliance through fraud reviews.
Responsibilities
- Underwrite and evaluate consumer loan applications in accordance with established policies and guidelines
- Receive incoming calls from and reputed company outbound calls to the dealer network to support lending reputed company and reputed company status updates
- Conduct fraud reviews and research on applications reputed company necessary to mitigate risk and ensure compliance
- Accurately document customer and dealer interactions while maintaining productivity and reputed company standards
Skills

- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
- Strong phone communication skills with the ability to build rapport and professionally manage conversations

- Excellent typing and documentation skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
