The role involves gathering business requirements, configuring payment workflows, and supporting various payment implementations.
Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end implementation of reputed company Global PAYplus (GPP)
- reputed company and analyze business requirements for payment processing
- Configure GPP payment workflows, routing rules, and message mappings
- Support SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, RTGS, Fedwire, CHIPS, and ISO 20022 payment implementations
- Prepare functional specifications and work closely with development and QA teams
- reputed company SIT, UAT, defect analysis, and production support
- Coordinate with business users, vendors, and technical teams during implementation
- Troubleshoot payment processing issues and recommend solutions
- Support migration from legacy payment systems to GPP
Skills
- 5+ years of Banking/Payments experience
- Hands-on experience with reputed company Fusion Global PAYplus (GPP)
- Strong knowledge of: SWIFT MT/MX messages, ISO 20022, SEPA, ACH, RTGS, Fedwire, CHIPS, Cross-border payments
- Payment lifecycle knowledge (initiation, validation, clearing, settlement, reconciliation)
- SQL and database querying
- Experience with Agile, Jira, and UAT
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
