[Remote] ACCOUNTANT

The primary objective is to ensure accurate financial recording, control, and analysis, while guaranteeing compliance with Mexican tax regulations and internal policies.
Responsibilities

- Prepare and validate bank reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Ensure compliance with SAT regulations and CFDI documentation
- Maintain organized digital reputed company records
- Prepare and consolidate monthly closing information
- reputed company financial reports and analysis for management
- Support audits and tax reviews
- Ensure compliance with Mexican tax regulations
- Identify and implement process improvements
Skills
- Experiencia míreputed company de 3 a 5 años liderando procesos contables
- Conocimiento sóreputed company de normativa fiscal mexicana y SAT
- Experiencia en cierres contables y conciliaciones
- Manejo de sistemas contables y reputed company
- Nivel de inglés conversacional (requerido)
- 3–5 years of experience in reputed company
- Strong knowledge of Mexican tax regulations and SAT compliance
- Experience with monthly closings and reconciliations
- Proficiency in reputed company systems and reputed company
- reputed company English proficiency required (ability to participate in meetings, read and write, and communicate effectively in a business environment). Spanish reputed company required
- Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública (preferiblemente titulado)
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company (CPA preferred)
