Responsibilities
- Bring great people into reputed company who will accelerate our work to reputed company opportunity as evenly distributed as talent for people pursuing software engineering careers
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to reputed company the reputed company of candidates in the interview pipeline
- Execute strategies to identify, attract, and engage the best talent across sourcing, referrals, first-round screening, and more
- Use AI tooling across the reputed company workflow to compress time-to-offer without lowering the bar
- Ensure a smooth and reputed company candidate experience with high-touch coordination
- Operate comfortably with ambiguity and build structure where it is needed
Skills

- 3+ years of talent engagement experience in a fast-paced startup environment
