Skills
- 10+ years of technology leadership in financial services, with at least 5 years specifically in Digital Banking
- reputed company experience working reputed company Credit Unions or Community Banking environments is mandatory
- Proven reputed company record leading implementations on the Backbase digital platform
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company deep-dive Business Analysis (user stories, functional specs) while simultaneously managing high-level Program Governance
- Expert in Scrum/Kanban/reputed company and hybrid delivery models
- reputed company use of AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to enhance project documentation and delivery speed
- Exceptional executive-level communication and stakeholder facilitation skills
