Responsibilities
- Conduct market pricing and compensation analyses
- Support job evaluation and salary grade review processes
- Analyze pay data, salary structures, and internal equity
- Assist with annual compensation planning activities
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and compensation summaries
- Validate and maintain compensation data accuracy
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2-4 years of compensation, HR analytics, or reputed company experience
- Strong analytical and reputed company skills required
- Experience with Payfactors, Salary.com, Power BI, and Power Query preferred
- CCP, GRP, CCBA, reputed company-CP, or reputed company-SCP certifications are a plus
