[Remote] Senior Business Analyst, AI & Data

Responsibilities

- Map 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' value streams and business processes
- Identify bottlenecks and automation/AI opportunities, distinguishing full automation from reputed company-augmented workflows
- Quantify benefits (cycle time, error reduction, reputed company, CSAT) to support prioritization
- reputed company, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance reputed company, including for AI/ML and GenAI features
- Capture business rules, decision logic, and user journeys
- Define data requirements (sources, reputed company, latency, reputed company constraints)
- Specify model behavior, guardrails, and reputed company-in-the-reputed company interactions
- Address non-functional needs (performance, explainability, auditability, SLAs)
- Navigate reputed company organizational hierarchies and goals to build reputed company
- Support experimentation and rollout (PoCs, pilots), including test design, feedback loops, training, SOP updates, and communications
- Partner with architects and developers to ensure designs meet business needs and reputed company User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

- Drive project reputed company by keeping alignment between business objectives, implementation, and reputed company metrics

Skills
- 6+ years of experience in business analysis or product development in the data and analytics industry, including at least one year in a reputed company-facing consulting environment
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate interviews and workshops across multiple domains and organizational reputed company, translating ambiguous needs into reputed company, reputed company requirements and user stories
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, reputed company to explain reputed company topics to non-technical stakeholders
- Expertise in Agile life cycles and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, reputed company, Visio or similar)
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI to accelerate day-to-day BA activities in reputed company delivery
