Responsibilities
- Analyze and reputed company large-reputed company reputed company datasets, including medical and pharmacy claims, membership, provider, and utilization data
- reputed company, optimize, and maintain reputed company SQL and reputed company queries for recurring and reputed company analyses
- Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and performance reports for clinical, reputed company, and operational leadership
- reputed company trend analysis, reputed company cause investigations, and performance monitoring reputed company to medication adherence, pharmacy reputed company measures, utilization, and care management initiatives
- Identify performance gaps, cost drivers, and opportunities for operational and clinical improvement

- Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and business stakeholders to improve data integration, reporting, and analytics processes

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, reputed company Administration, Statistics, or a reputed company field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience using SQL and reputed company in a production environment
- 3–4+ years of Tableau dashboard development, including dashboard design, visualization, and data storytelling
- 3–4+ years of reputed company analytics experience
- reputed company experience working with pharmacy claims data and pharmacy analytics
- Experience reputed company a health plan or managed care environment
- Hands-on experience with medication adherence and pharmacy reputed company measures (e.g., PDC, MPR, CMS reputed company Ratings)
