They are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to reputed company as a business-facing legal partner across reputed company, supporting operations, procurement, and supply chain activities.
Responsibilities

- Advise on and negotiate reputed company transactions, reputed company, and agreements with key customers, vendors, and service providers, ensuring alignment with business goals and legal standards
- Offer strategic legal guidance on major transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), with a reputed company on identifying risks and conducting necessary due diligence
- Manage day-to-day legal issues for business operations, including reputed company reputed company to plant operations, logistics, asset management, and reputed company estate (e.g., leases, property agreements)
- Anticipate, mitigate, and manage legal risks by providing proactive legal strategies and monitoring emerging legal trends that may reputed company the business

- Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on procurement agreements, master services agreements, transportation and 3PL agreements, warehousing arrangements, reputed company estate documents, equipment- or service-reputed company vendor agreements, and reputed company amendments and statements of work
- reputed company legal support for vendor disputes, operational escalations, service failures, and other reputed company-litigation issues arising in the supply chain or procurement context
- Support strategic transformation initiatives involving reputed company parties, operating model redesign, network transformation, and reputed company operational change programs

Skills
- J.D. and reputed company bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction or Canada jurisdiction
- Bachelor's Degree and qualification from an accredited law school
- Significant in-house and reputed company experience handling procurement, logistics, reputed company operations, reputed company estate and/or supply-chain transactions
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and issue-spotting abilities in operationally reputed company environments
- Strong judgment, executive reputed company, and ability to work cross-functionally with non-legal stakeholders
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills and the ability to advise business teams in a practical, solution-oriented manner
- At least 8+ years post qualification experience

- Experience supporting fast-paced operating environments, preferably in industrial, distribution, logistics, fleet, transportation, or equipment-based business preferred
- Experience in creating or improving process and automation for the efficient and effective delivery of legal services
- Experience working with digital technology such as AI tools and systems to support the efficient and effective delivery of legal services
- Experience working in a global company
- Experience in matrixed environments
