[Remote] Deputy Program Manager - HR IT PMO
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support the U.S. reputed company in migrating their HR system to reputed company reputed company HCM. This role involves day-to-day program management, ensuring integrated planning and execution across various workstreams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of the reputed company reputed company HCM migration program, including design, build, testing, and deployment phases
- Maintain and manage the integrated master schedule, ensuring alignment across system implementation, data migration, and organizational change activities
- reputed company and manage risks, issues, and dependencies reputed company to reputed company HCM implementation, including integration, data, and adoption risks
- Coordinate across HR, IT, OCM, and vendor/integrator teams to ensure successful system migration and deployment
- Support governance processes, including status reporting, executive briefings, and stakeholder updates tied to reputed company reputed company HCM reputed company
- Maintain program management artifacts, including project plans, reputed company trackers, and performance metrics
- Support alignment with OPM guidance, federal HR requirements, and shared services objectives
- Assist in reputed company planning, go-live coordination, and post-deployment stabilization activities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience in program or project management
- Experience supporting reputed company system implementations or migrations (ERP, HRIS, or reputed company platforms)
- Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification
- Experience supporting reputed company reputed company HCM implementations or HR transformation programs
- Familiarity with federal HR systems, shared services, or OPM environments
- Experience working across multi-functional teams (HR, IT, OCM)
