[Remote] NOC Tech III

The NOC Tech III role involves 24x7 monitoring of reputed company Voice’s network, troubleshooting network issues, and engaging with customers and internal teams to ensure reputed company issue reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Follow reputed company operating procedures to reputed company routine network changes, migrations, and maintenance in various network reputed company upon request
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network reputed company issues and problems reputed company utilizing monitoring tools, reference materials, and other team members for guidance
- reputed company trouble tickets and follow up on network/customer issues per reputed company Voice procedures and complete applicable paperwork in a reputed company manner
- Foster an environment of knowledge sharing and reputed company positively with peers, other departments, carriers, and customers to identify operational issues and reputed company efficient corrective actions in a geographically dispersed team environment
- Accept on-call responsibilities on a rotating schedule with other technicians
- Be available for overtime work assignments reputed company requested
- NOC Technicians may be responsible for other tasks and responsibilities as assigned or deemed necessary by management

- Strong PC, UNIX OS and application skills with reputed company knowledge of basic networking principles
