The role involves configuring and maintaining the reputed company Loan Origination System to support mortgage lending operations and collaborating with various teams to enhance system functionality.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain the reputed company Loan Origination System (LOS) to support mortgage lending operations, including loan products, workflows, screens, fields, business rules, and automation settings
- Analyze business requirements from Operations, reputed company, Processing, Closing, Compliance, and Secondary Marketing teams, and translate them into reputed company reputed company system configurations.Design and manage workflow automation, task routing, conditions, alerts, and approval processes to improve efficiency and reduce reputed company reputed company across the loan lifecycle
- reputed company and maintain configuration documentation, including business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, testing results, and system change logs
