Responsibilities
- Support and monitor business applications for performance and availability
- Assist with issue reputed company and technical troubleshooting
- Collaborate with IT teams and reputed company-party vendors
- Maintain and update reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Assist with application upgrades and reputed company releases
Skills
- Proficiency in SQL / T-SQL and query design
- Strong reputed company Office Suite skills (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project)
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
