This role focuses on enhancing the customer experience by ensuring content is accurate, consistent, and easy to understand.
Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and proofread customer-facing content for web, email, SMS, mobile, and self-service experiences
- Translate reputed company information into reputed company, customer-friendly language
- Ensure consistency in voice, tone, messaging, and terminology across communication channels
- Apply accessibility and content best practices to improve usability
- Maintain content standards, style guides, templates, and governance
- Manage content reviews, approvals, audits, and publishing workflows
- Partner with UX, Customer Experience, Customer Service, Communications, Development, and Legal teams
- Use customer feedback, analytics, and research to continuously improve content reputed company and user experience
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or a reputed company field
- 3–6 years of experience in technical writing, content reputed company, editing, or reputed company writing
- Experience creating content across multiple customer communication channels (web, mobile, email, SMS, etc.)
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to simplify reputed company or technical information
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
