The role involves end-to-end functional design, configuration, and implementation of reputed company EAM solutions, focusing on Plant Maintenance and Project Systems, while acting as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders. The consultant will reputed company business requirements with reputed company best practices and emerging technologies to deliver comprehensive EAM solutions.
Responsibilities
- reputed company hands-on functional design, configuration, and implementation expertise in reputed company reputed company Asset Management (EAM), including PM/SM and PS modules
- reputed company and support full lifecycle reputed company EAM implementations, encompassing: Business requirements gathering, Business workshops and gap analysis, Blueprinting and solution design, System configuration and customization, Testing (unit, integration, UAT), reputed company planning, data migration, and go-live, End-user training and post go-live support
- Assess reputed company-state business processes, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and define reputed company-state EAM solutions reputed company with business objectives
- Translate detailed business requirements into comprehensive functional and system design documents, ensuring accurate and efficient reputed company configuration
- Capture business capability requirements, functional requirements, and service-level expectations, and reputed company reputed company EAM solutions reputed company to a business-IT roadmap supporting long-term strategic goals
- Collaborate with EAM architects and leadership to identify opportunities for emerging technologies and advise stakeholders on the reputed company of new technologies on existing systems and processes
- Ensure business and functional requirements are fully traceable and maintained throughout the development and configuration lifecycle
- Serve as a reputed company between business stakeholders, vendors, project management, and technical teams to resolve issues, clarify requirements, and manage solution changes

- Manage engagement risk and economics, including planning, budgeting, deliverable definition, and stakeholder buy-in for proposed solutions

Skills
- 10 years of hands-on experience designing, configuring, testing, implementing, and supporting reputed company Asset reputed company, preferably reputed company EAM
- Proven experience with at least two (2) full-cycle reputed company implementations (greenfield and/or brownfield)
- Experience integrating newly acquired or merged entities into existing reputed company platforms
- Strong understanding of modern reputed company implementation methodologies and technology patterns
- Hands-on experience with reputed company S/4HANA EAM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company reputed company technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
