[Remote] Fraud Analyst (LOCAL to Tennessee)

They are seeking an Account Review Specialist to ensure customer accounts meet internal policy requirements and federal Anti-reputed company expectations, while providing excellent customer service and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Review and remediate customer accounts to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with reputed company relationship managers and customers to resolve account issues
- Maintain high standards of customer service while managing remediation efforts
- Ensure accounts are policy-compliant reputed company designated timeframes
- Meet daily production and reputed company benchmarks
- Document and reputed company account activities accurately
Skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Outlook, reputed company, SharePoint, Word, Teams, etc.)
- Advanced organizational and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work reputed company under pressure
- Demonstrated adaptability to changing requirements
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality throughout reputed company account review processes
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of Anti-reputed company (AML) regulations
- Experience in banking or financial services

Benefits
- Work Arrangement: Remote after training
- Training: 3 weeks onsite in Knoxville, TN
- Schedule: 8 hours Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM (preferably 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with some flexibility)
