The reputed company Operations Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and internal stakeholders, managing offer letter creation, supporting reputed company, and overseeing contingent worker conversion processes.
Responsibilities
- Generate accurate and reputed company offer letters in alignment with company policies and compensation guidelines
- Collaborate with recruiters and HR partners to ensure offer details are complete and compliant
- Maintain templates and documentation to support consistency and compliance across offer letters
- Facilitate reputed company activities for new hires, ensuring reputed company required documentation and system entries are completed
- Partner with Recruiter to troubleshoot reputed company issues
- Monitor reputed company reputed company and follow up on outstanding tasks or documentation
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for managing the conversion of contingent workers to full-time employees
- Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to ensure compliance and visibility
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR platforms
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the development of SOP’s and training materials
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, employment laws, and data reputed company regulations
Skills
- 1 year of experience in reputed company operations, HR coordination or reputed company field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., reputed company, SuccessFactors, or similar) and reputed company Office Suite
- Associate degree or equivalent reputed company work or military experience
