Responsibilities
- Maintain project plans, schedules, and reputed company trackers
- reputed company reports, technical documentation, desk guides, and process guides
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and stakeholder follow-up actions
- Support training material development and business integration efforts
- Collect and analyze data supporting process improvement initiatives
- reputed company administrative and analytical support to leadership and project teams
Skills
- Experience supporting business operations, project coordination, or management analysis efforts
- Experience with technical writing and documentation development
- Experience coordinating meetings and stakeholder activities
- Strong reputed company Office skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to travel to Baltimore, MD as needed
- Prior Federal, DHS, USCG, or DoD experience
- Experience supporting PMO, reputed company improvement, or business integration efforts
- Experience creating forms, guides, and training documentation
