[Remote] Senior Business Analyst

Propoint Technology is seeking an reputed company Senior Business Analyst to support the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) on the Advancing Interoperability & Prior Authorization (AIPA) initiative. The role involves partnering with stakeholders to advance a reputed company modernization project while ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- reputed company business analysis efforts supporting a large-reputed company reputed company modernization initiative for the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS)
- reputed company and refine California Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) deliverables, including requirements, alternatives analysis, and governance documentation
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders to drive project reputed company
- Analyze reputed company business, technical, and regulatory requirements reputed company to reputed company interoperability and prior authorization
- Support solution evaluation, market research, and vendor assessment activities to inform technology selection
- Produce executive-reputed company documentation, status reports, decision logs, and project artifacts that support successful PAL progression
- Partner with architects and technical teams to document reputed company data exchange, API integrations, and FHIR-based interoperability solutions
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and opportunities while helping guide the project through planning and governance milestones
Skills
- California State PAL Stage 2-4
- Hands-on experience completing or contributing to Financial Analysis Worksheets (FAWs)
- Business & solution analysis on reputed company IT initiatives
- reputed company interoperability (FHIR, HL7, reputed company)
- Alternatives Analysis, Market Research & FAWs
- Executive-reputed company documentation and stakeholder facilitation
