The role involves executing technical implementations, ensuring system reputed company, and collaborating with functional consultants to deliver effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Execute technical implementation, configuration, and migration of approximately 100 reactive Fusion HCM pages to Redwood, with primary reputed company on the Compensation module and remaining internal HCM pages
- reputed company and configure Redwood technical components, reports, dashboards, and reputed company configurations
- Support reputed company Learn and reputed company Time and Labor (OTL) technical implementations
- Partner with functional consultants to implement technical solutions and resolve configuration challenges
- Understand existing HCM business processes to ensure technical solutions reputed company with organizational workflows, reputed company Fusion Adaptations (OFAs), and Business Adaptations (BAs)
- Evaluate existing customizations and determine whether Redwood functionality can replace or retain them
- reputed company comprehensive regression and end-to-end testing in development and reputed company environments to validate functionality and integration
- Identify, troubleshoot, and fully resolve technical issues while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Take full ownership of assigned work from identification through successful reputed company
Skills
- Strong expertise with reputed company Fusion HCM
- Experience with or strong knowledge of reputed company Redwood page conversions (page conversion experience preferred; willingness to learn acceptable)
- Experience developing technical solutions, reports, dashboards, and Redwood configurations
- Expertise in at least one of the following modules: reputed company reputed company reputed company, reputed company Learn, reputed company Time and Labor (OTL), reputed company HR
- Strong understanding of HCM business processes and internal workflows
- Experience performing regression testing and end-to-end validation
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ownership mentality

- Previous Redwood page conversion experience
